For more than 20 years, Sherry and Dan have been active members of the Milwaukee community - first as renters in Wauwatosa's East Towne neighborhood, and then as first-time home buyers and landlords when they purchased their first duplex in 2004. Since then, they have continued to invest in the community through purchasing additional rental properties, eventually settling into a single-family home on the border of Wauwatosa and Milwaukee in 2016.

Using their combined experience in the buyer and managing of rental properties, they are excited to help you learn about the opportunities that buying and selling properties can offer. Sherry and Dan are more than just realtors - they are experts in identifying properties that can yield the right rents to be profitable and they are happy to help coach new landlords through the process.

Both born and raised in West Allis, Sherry and Dan both have had rewarding careers outside of real estate as well; Sherry is a former public special education teacher who transitioned to the corporate world as an instructional designer. Dan has worked in digital marketing for two large Fortune 500 companies based in Milwaukee.

In their free time, Sherry and Dan travel whenever they can, attend community festivals and concerts, and play with their rescue dogs, Trigger and Wes. Sherry is also an avid reader and has belonged to a community book club since 2010. Dan enjoys fitness and has been a member of local CrossFit gyms since 2012.
